THE ULTIMATE SPORTS AND EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCE
Winning Sports Promotions will coordinate a tour package designed for private high school boys and girls track and field teams to compete against their counterparts from British Columbia. This once-in-a-lifetime opportunity that will create life- long memories will also include an educational component, by including sightseeing opportunities to experience many of Vancouver, BC and the surrounding areas historic sites, museums and related venues.
We’ll operate tour packages for June 30 - July 7, 2026. Hotel accomodations will be at the Fairfield Marriott in Chilliwack, BC. Participate in the 2026 British Columbia Outdoor Track and Field Championship.

All tour packages will include:
- 8 days/7 nights hotel accommodations based on double occupancy
- 3 meals daily
- Private ground transportation
- Guided sightseeing tours
- Professional chaperones
- Accident/Injury insurance coverage
- All taxes and gratuities

- Guided Sight-seeing tour of Vancouver, BC
- Capiliano Suspension Bridge
- Flyover Canada Video Tour

*This fee does not include airfare. All tour participants are responsible for travel expenses to Seattle, Washington where the tour commences and return to home city at conclusion of tour. All hotel accommodations are based on double occupancy.

Frequently Asked Questions - FAQ's
What Event will be included?
Participants will participate in the prestigious British Columbia Outdoor Track and Field Championship.
What if there aren’t enough teammates from my school that register for the tour?
If there aren’t a sufficient number of players from a specific school to field their own team, we’ll include players from other teams on the tour to sufficiently field a team.
Are parents and siblings of players able to register in our tour packages?
We certainly invite parents and siblings to participate in our tour packages and experience a trip of a lifetime.
Will Chaperones be included in the tour packages?
We’ll include chaperones with each tour group for the safety of each tour player participant. The chaperones will also greet each player participant upon arrival and assist with their transfer to our host hotel.
Will sightseeing be included in the tour package?
We’ll include sightseeing with our professional tour guide on our private motorcoach to create a memorable educational experience.
How many meals will be provided per day?
We’ll provide three meals a day for each non-traveling day. Meals will also be provided on the day of arrival and departure. The specific amount will be determined on the arrival and departure times.
Are Passports and Visas required for entry to Canada?
All participants are required to have a valid US passport.
How many participant players will share a hotel room?
The tour packages include double occupancy hotel accommodations, which includes two (2) player participants per room.
Are ALL High School Athletes permitted to participate in our tours?
NO. Only high school varsity athletes are permitted to participate in our tours.
Where will the tour begin?
Due to the World Cup Soccer matches in Vancouver, airline capacity will be limited. We recommend that ALL participants fly into Seattle, Washington.
Upon arrival in Seattle, our motorcoach will transfer our group to our British Columbia hotel.
Are there any potential collegiate eligibility issues for graduated seniors who wish to participate in our tours?
While we don't anticipate any collegiate eligibility issues, we recommend that all graduated seniors that intend to participate on the collegiate level confer with your future college team to discuss potential eligibility issues pertinent to participating in our exhibition events.
