Terms & Conditions

All payments are non-refundable. The only exception will be if written notice of cancellation is received a minimum of six weeks prior to the tour date.

If any participants don’t arrive on time for the schedule tour package departure time, they will be considered, “No Shows” and will not be entitled to any refund.

Abusive behavior including excessive use of alcohol will not be tolerated. Winning Sports Promotions reserves the right to remove any tour participant who engages in such behavior and no refunds will be given if removed from the tour for such abusive behavior.

All tour participants shall waive and hold harmless Winning Sports Promotions and their representatives from any and all claims resulting from any injuries sustained while participating in in any tour events.
