Terms & Conditions

All tour package payments are completely non-refundable. The only exceptions include the following:

• If the selected tour package is cancelled by WINNING SPORTS PROMOTIONS, a full refund will be given within 30 days of cancellation.
• In the event of tour package cancellation, WINNING SPORTS PROMOTIONS liability is strictly limited to the tour package payment.
• The second exception would allow an eighty per cent refund (80%) if written notice of cancellation is received a minimum of four (4) months prior to the start of the selected tour package .

Winning Sports Promotions is not responsible for any matches/meets that are cancelled for acts beyond our control. As a result, no refunds will be offered.

All participants and their parents shall waive and hold harmless Winning Sports Promotions and their representatives from any liability and all claims resulting from any injuries sustained while participating in any tour related athletic events.

Parents of tour package participants are responsible to WINNING SPORTS PROMOTIONS if their respective son or daughter damages any hotel property for the full amount that such hotel property bills WINNING SPORTS PROMOTIONS

Student tour participants can be terminated from their participating tour for violating WINNING SPORTS PROMOTIONS rules that include engaging in any illegal activity and or failure to comply with team curfew rules. No refunds will be given to the families of such terminated student tour participants. Terminated student participants shall be solely responsible for their transportation expenses back to their city of origin.
